A team buys eSIMs for a company, club or group. It has its own balance, orders and cart, kept apart from your own. Prices are the same as for one eSIM.
Start a team
- Sign in and go to Start a team.
- Enter the team’s name and choose the currency it Pays in. The currency can’t be changed later.
- Tap Start the team.
Who does what
- Owner: everything, plus people, settings and billing.
- Manager: buys and assigns eSIMs, sees every eSIM and order, and approves top-ups.
- Traveller: sees only the eSIMs assigned to them, and asks for top-ups.
To invite someone, an owner opens the team’s People tab, enters their email, picks a role under As and taps Send the invite. The invite works for seven days.
You don’t need to invite someone just to give them an eSIM. Assign it to them instead.
The team balance
The team balance pays first for the team’s eSIMs and top-ups. Bank transfer or crypto covers the rest.
To add money, tap Add funds on the team’s Overview, choose an amount and tap Continue to payment. The Balance tab shows each month’s activity, and Export CSV downloads it.
Set a monthly cap
- Open the team’s Settings.
- Under Monthly cap, enter an amount. Leave it empty for no cap.
- Tap Save spending.
Everything the team balance pays in a calendar month counts: new eSIMs, top-ups and approved requests. Credit coming back doesn’t free up the cap. It starts again on the 1st. Only owners can change it.
Buy eSIMs for the team
- Open the account menu and, under Buying as, choose the team.
- Choose a destination and how many eSIMs. For several destinations, tap Add to cart on each.
- Pay. The team balance goes first.
To buy for yourself again, choose Personal under Buying as.
Give each person their eSIM
- Open the team’s eSIMs tab and select the eSIMs.
- Tap Assign and enter each person’s name and email.
- Tap Assign and email links.
Each person gets their own private link by email. They don’t need an account. If you change who an eSIM is for, its link is replaced and the old one stops working.
Handing out many? Tap Assign from a CSV, paste or choose a file with one person per row, and tap Check it. Nothing is sent until you confirm.
Top-ups and requests
In Settings, an owner chooses whether Travellers top up themselves:
- On: travellers top up from the team balance.
- Off: travellers tap Ask … for it on their eSIM’s page, and owners and managers get an email.
To decide, open the team’s Requests tab and tap Approve or Decline. Approved data arrives by itself, and the traveller gets an email either way.
To top up several eSIMs at once, select them on the eSIMs tab and tap Top up.
Travellers: to ask for data, sign in with the email your eSIM was sent to. Your team’s eSIMs are in the account menu, under eSIMs from a team.
Invoices
An owner adds the team’s company details once: in Settings, under Billing, then Save billing details. Each new order’s invoice uses them. For the invoice itself, write to us with the order reference.
